Rob Koupal

As Programs Manger of Construction Services at Camali Corporation, Rob Koupal brings over 36 years of experience in the Mechanical HVAC Industry & Design Build Data Center Services industry. He has extensive field experience and has successfully developed several HVAC 3rd party Mechanical Contractors business, service departments, installation departments as it relates to Mission Critical Process Cooling Environment” projects.

Mr. Koupal started his Career in the Mechanical HVAC industry in the late 1977 while attending Air Conditioning and Heating training at Mt. San Antonio College Walnut, CA. His continuing efforts in learning provided an opportunity with an OEM Process Cooling Air Conditioning Manufacture in the early 1980’s, and from there has establish himself as a highly recognized industry leader in the process cooling and data center construction industry.

Rob is an enthusiastic and hardworking individual that possesses the ability to overcome obstacles and to solve critical issues in a timely manner and encourages others to inhere with the same accountability’s to ensure quality and design qualifications are met.

Rob is a successful Professional focused on IT cooling solutions and has aligned himself within the Data Center industry. He has extensive knowledge with Emerson Network Power, APC, DataAire, Stulz, and Rittal OEM manufactures. In addition knowledgeable construction methods requirements for design –built constructed Mission – Critical Data Center applications, CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning Units ), UPS, (Uninterruptible power supply systems) Stand-by Generators and ATS (Automatic Transfer switches), Fire Suppression & Pre-Action Sprinkler systems , Access Flooring, Water Leak Detection and Site Monitoring systems throughout an entire design build data center build-out project cycle .

Rob is re-married, and has had four (4) grown children, Seven (7) grandchildren. He is also diehard Los Angeles Dodger fan; his grandfather was a professorial ball player; (Louis L. Koupal) – Pitcher; 1925- 1931 – He played for the Pittsburg Pirates, Brooklyn Dodgers, Philadelphia Phillies, and Baltimore Orioles, and loves to be out doors, Camping, Fishing & playing the saxophone, and active member at Summit Bible Church, Fontana, Ca.
