A Project Manager will be assigned to your project and will oversee the complete “Life Cycle” from start to end. Project will start with a kick off meeting, scope of work, project plan, and weekly meetings, inspect all work and hand-off meeting. At the end of each project we supply detailed documentation that includes “as built diagrams” and test results required to certify warranties.
