Data Center Expansion

Camali Corp completed extensive work inside the Data Center (DC), including the removal of an ADA ramp and installation of a new access floor. The DC and UPS equipment rooms were extended by 10 feet, with new structural support columns, extended raised floors, and ceiling modifications to match the new layout. New 42” doorways were installed, and an ADA-compliant ramp and door were added outside the DC. Additionally, six new server cabinets, three mainframe cabinets, and cable trays were installed, along with overhead power systems, including L6-30R receptacles and power strips.

The scope also included the installation of an EPO panel, a water detection panel, and a new outdoor concrete pad for a 22-ton CRAC unit. The CRAC unit was placed in the server room, with a new outdoor CU installed to meet ASHRAE-approved ambient conditions. The FM200 system was expanded, sprinkler piping rerouted, and HVAC ductwork relocated to accommodate the room’s expansion.
