Installation of a 40kVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) at B. Braun Medical Inc.’s manufacturing facility to ensure continuous production even in the event of a power outage. The installation required the routing of over 200 feet of rigid metal conduit (RMC) to properly house and protect the electrical wiring, ensuring a secure and reliable connection. By integrating the UPS into the facility’s electrical infrastructure, Camali Corp improved reliability so that all essential equipment would remain powered during unforeseen power interruptions, safeguarding production schedules and operational continuity.

The installation process also included the careful addition of new breakers in live electrical panels, a task that required precision and careful planning to ensure there was no downtime for the manufacturing facility. Camali Corp’s team took all necessary safety precautions, using live-panel installation techniques to avoid power interruptions while working on the existing systems. This allowed B. Braun Medical to continue its high-level manufacturing operations without disruption.
